Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a Content Master Plan across various platforms, including social media, blogs, email, and websites in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and enhance the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent engagement and growth in follower count through well-designed content such as banners, stories, and videos.
• Coordinate the creation of high-quality content forms like blog articles, white papers, infographics, and interviews, aligning with the company's branding and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough research on keywords, competitors, and industry trends to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with the company’s tone and values.
• Apply SEO best practices to content creation and stay updated with the latest SEO techniques and trends for optimal organic traffic generation.
• Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns, developing email templates and marketing collateral to improve key email marketing metrics.

Experience & Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or similar college-level education.
• From 1-2 years of experience in SMM.
• Nice to know tools: WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian with strong Written and Verbal skills.
• Passionate about marketing and have a self-starter attitude.
