We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Short-Term Market Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves deep analysis of property metrics to assess revenue potential, occupancy rates, and market trends. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in influencing investment decisions and strategies by providing data-driven insights and - forecasts.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze Property Metrics: Evaluate properties on revenue generation, occupancy rates, and other critical metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the property market.
- Ability to do monotonous manual work
- Report Preparation: Create detailed pdf reports and share it with the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and onboarding teams to translate analytical findings into strategic actions.
- Working with Asana as a CRM system

Skills & Qualifications:
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to dissect data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Advanced Excel Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and model creation is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of navigating challenging scenarios and providing practical solutions.
- B2 or higher English level
- Proficiency in digital tools, advanced computer skills
