Sales Manager (Web3)

Atm we're searching for a sales manager to grow our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Selling PR, marketing and biz dev services for Web3/crypto startups

• Working both with cold and hot leads

• Communicating with leads in messengers, conducting video calls in English

• Cold outreach to targeted audiences in social media, messengers

• Maintaining customer data in CRM

• Communicating with other departments and product owners to provide the best solution for the leads to convert them into clients

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must (C1-C2)

• At least 2-3 years of experience in international sales

• Experience in work in B2B (preferred)

• Experience in work in marketing agency (preferred)

• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in multitasking mode

What we offer:

• Fully remote job

• Competitive fixed salary base (90,000 RUB per month) and bonuses depending on sales results (% of revenue within closed deals without upper limitations). Total revenue of sales manager ranges 150,000-170,000 RUB on trial period (3 month), 200,000+ RUB after trial

• Working hours from 10:00 to 19:00 (Moscow time), 5/2 schedule
